La unidad de lavado automático es una estructura de tipo pórtico (que se instala encima del bastidor del filtro prensa) en la que se desplaza un carro que transporta una unidad de lavado compuesta por una bomba de alta presión y boquillas adecuadas cuya función es limpiar (lavar) “mecánicamente” el alambre mediante un lavado con agua a alta presión.
El carro recorre horizontalmente toda la longitud de la máquina y puede subir y bajar para limpiar el tejido en todo su desarrollo vertical.
Se trata precisamente de un tipo de lavado mecánico de alta presión -de hasta 100 bares- que se utiliza para limpiar el alambre si, después de algunos filtrados, queda suciedad entre un alambre y otro (la acumulación de material entre un alambre y otro, si persiste en el tiempo, puede comprometer la funcionalidad de la máquina).
También se puede reducir la presión de lavado y alcanzar presiones de unos 40 bares.
The automatic washing unit is a portal structure (which must be installed above the frame of the filter press) in which a washing carriage runs in longitudinal direction. This carriage carries a washing unit consisting of a high pressure nozzles whose function is to clean “mechanically” the clothes by washing with high pressure water.
The carriage runs horizontally along the entire length of the machine and can be raised and lowered to clean the clothes in all its vertical development.
This is a high-pressure mechanical washing – up to 100 bar which is used to clean the cloths in the event that after a few filtrations, dirt remains between one cloth and another (the accumulation of material between one cloth and another , if it persists over time it can compromise the functionality of the machine).
The washing pressure can also be lowered and pressures can also be around 40 bar.
