FILTERPRESS CONFIGURATION

FOLLOW THE INDICATIONS TO CONFIGURE FILTERPRESS AND RECEIVE THE QUOTATION
enter the flow rate of sludge to the filterpress in mc/h
enter the flow rate of sludge to the filterpress in mc/day
enter the flow rate of Dry Solids to the filterpress in Kg/h
enter the flow rate of Dry Solids to the filterpress in Kg/day
enter the numerical value. Example: 12 (h/day)
enter the numerical value. Example: 12 (h/day)
Enter the percentage value of the D.S. contained in the inlet sludge. Example: 2.5%.
Specify how many (h/day) the filterpress can work in the plant. Ex: 16 h/days
Enter the numerical value of the sludge density in Kg/dm^3. Example: 1.2 (kg/dm^3)
enter - if you know - the chemical composition, temperature of the sludge and as much data about it as you have available. The more data you have, the more accurate we will be in finding the best solution.
Specify type of application if not in previous list
Write filterpress dimensions if not in previous list
Specify the number of installed plates
Enter the numerical value of the desired filtering chamber thickness. Example: 25 (mm)
Choose the options in the list
Indicate other needs if not listed above.
specify the sludge temperature in °C
specify the sludge pH
Enter the numerical value of the working pressure in bar. Example: 12 (bar)
Specify the requested numebr of plates for expansion
